Our houses offer our participants a place they can call home, whilst encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit their individual needs. **About the role**

We are looking for support workers to help who have industry experience, manual handling skills and the following attributes:

- Experience managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.

- We are seeking Casual Disability Support Workers who has experience in supporting participants with highly complex needs.
- You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirements to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence.

- 25+ hours per week paid employment

**Mandatory Onboarding Docs**:
- Cert III in Disability Services or 12months experience
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You)
- Working with Children Check (underage participants only)
- Driver’s Licence
- Car Insurance
- Reliable vehicle

**Additional skillset**:
- Behaviours
- Personal care experience
- Manual handling

**Requisites**:
- Must be available for sleep over shifts.
- At least 1 year as a DSW in NDIS sector
- Must have current CPR and First Aid and practice
