**We are looking for a Practice Manager to join and lead our Brookvale team**

We have an outstanding team of motivated, passionate vets at Brookvale, this is an experienced and very supportive team where a collaborative approach and team-based care is employed as an essential in providing our high-quality patient care.

The Brookvale clinic is purpose built and fully equipped with digital x-ray, IM3 dental suite including dental x-rays, in house lab equipment, blood pressure monitoring, multiparameter monitor with ECG and end tidal carbon dioxide. There are 2 spacious consult rooms, a dedicated spacious surgery, dedicated preparation area with 2 tables (1 wet table), a separate imaging room, as well as a separate cattery and separate dog and cat wards.

Most conveniently we are a co-location clinic, on-site at the Northern suburbs' busiest PetBarn store - we love having these guys next door

You will have previous experience leading a team along with exceptional communication skills and ready to drive our business forward using well-developed business, customer service, human resource, and operational skills.

**About Your New Role**
- Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners

**About Your Skills & Experience**
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with Senior Nurse or Practice Management experience
- Strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members and to build a positive culture in your team
- Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business acumen and organisational skills
