**We are looking for a Practice Manager to join and lead our Brookvale team**

We have an outstanding team of motivated, passionate and experienced vets at Brookvale that are always willing to support one another and passionate about gold standards of care. Our clinic is purpose built and fully equipped with digital x-ray, IM3 dental suite including dental x-rays, in house lab equipment, blood pressure monitoring, multiparameter monitor with ECG and end tidal carbon dioxide. We also have 2 spacious consult rooms, dedicated spacious surgery, dedicated preparation area with 2 tables (1 wet table), separate imaging room, separate cattery and separate dog and cat wards. We also have a great relationship with the Petbarn team who are conveniently located right next door

You will have previous experience leading a team along with exceptional communication skills and ready to drive our business forward using well-developed business, customer service, human resource, and operational skills.

**About Your New Role**
- Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners

**About Your Skills & Experience**
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with Senior Nurse or Practice Management experience
- Strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members and to build a positive culture in your team
- Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business acumen and organisational skills
