**BACKGROUND**
- At least3 years hands-on experience in:

- Quality Assurance, testing processes, and best practices in a software development lifecycle system, System Integration testing, regression and defect management.
- Retail industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent experience in supply chain and warehouse management
- Excellent experience in testing Oracle RMS

**PERSONAL COMPETENCIES**
- Logical and analytical skills, being able to deal with complex and abstract concepts and problem solving
- A do-er and potentially becoming a self-sustainable QA Lead.
- Proven customer-facing skills and ability to interact and communicate efficiently with stakeholders at different levels
- Great written and verbal skills in English language
- Professional attitude, detail oriented and organised.
- Ability to combine multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to work well both alone and within a larger multi-functional team to combine multiple tasks and projects
- Flexible and open-minded, pragmatic and proactive approach

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Identify system, integration, end-to-end, and functional test scenarios
- Create test scripts to validate functional, system integration, and E2E testing on Oracle RMS
- Execute progression, SIT, E2E, and regression test scripts and re-run them if needed
- Participate in agile delivery with proactiveness to adhere to client agile processes
- Assist client business users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Perform Production Verification Testing before ‘Go Live’ and report issues
- Work with the client's IT or other departments or business units within client/Intellificial, discussing requirements, solutions, and reporting for the test solution
- Ability to work independently but keep transparency and regular communication with clients and 3rd party team/s
- Report to stakeholders on the test tasks and status (Test Summary report, daily/weekly test reports)
- Define, analyze, report, and export test results and defects
- Log and track defects to closure by following the defect management life cycle.
- High level of flexibility and ability to react quickly to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment driven by market pressures
- Utilize experience in agile, SDLC, and test best practices and methodologies to ensure top-notch delivery
- Proactively call out issues with the intent of not just raising them but also resolving them

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
