- We are a leading Dermatology Department with a focus on inclusion and innovation. We value every member of our team and the skills they bring to our unit. We look after a large variety of dermatologic diseases, perform dermatologic surgery and also provide specific service to rural Victoria and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. We are currently looking for administrative support for our busy Dermatology office, working as part of the Dermatology Clinical team.

**Your new role**:

- Coordinate new and review appointments for Dermatology outpatient clinics.
- Answer phones and provide a point of contact for outpatients.
- Assist with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the Dermatology clinics.

**About you**:

- You have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- You have the ability to effectively prioritise and problem-solve in a professional manner.
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite.
