**Mortgage Broker**

Full-time permanent role as a Mortgage Broker around North Brisbane. This is an end-to-end role taking leads from initial enquiry through to settlement and managing post-settlement reviews and relationships.

Blue Fox Finance was founded in 2017, and has grown in clients & settlements year-on-year.We are a customer-service-centric business offering a wide variety of finance solutions, with our bread and butter being mortgages and consumer finance.We offer flexible working arrangements and pride ourselves on replying to our customers promptly and offering a consistent and high-quality service.

**Lead Generation & Pay Structure**

This is not a position where you’re expected to generate your own leads. We have a large number of leads coming in and a track record of home loan and consumer settlements. The successful applicant will be offered all new leads to assist them in building their client base as quickly as possible.The pay structure will include a competitive base salary with regular commission payments based on revenue generated.

**The Role**

Leads: 10 - 30 per week.
Ongoing training & support.
Offshore Loan Processor - he’s fully set up and has been with us for about 18 months. He will prepare and organise all documents upfront, verify documents & enter data into FLEX/AOL for submission.
Required industry memberships and software.
Laptop and phone.
Salesforce CRM for lead and file management.

Post-settlement, you’ll be expected to complete regular rate-reviews and refinances for existing clients.

**About you**

Essential for the role:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Mortgage Broking / Processing role.
Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking.
Proficient in Adobe/Excel.
Own vehicle & Driver License.
Ability to type at 60+ WPM.

Key concepts you should understand:
Self-employed income calculations including: full-doc, low-doc & simple verification.
Complex self-employed structures including multiple Companies, unit/family Trusts.
Cross collateralisation and how to avoid it.
All first home buyer schemes: FHOG, HGS, Stamp duty concessions, FHSSS.
In-depth knowledge of bank lending policies.
Nice-to-haves:Experience with FLEX/AOL.
Experience in writing personal/car/business loans.
Track record of writing >$20mil p.a. in home loans.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
