KONE has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional **Account Manager **to join our **Service and Modernisation team.**
This role could be based in either **Sydney or Melbourne **for the right person, with the expectation of regular travel to Sydney to see the majority Customer base and stakeholders and team.
You will build industry relationships and proactively seek opportunities for maximising revenue and growing our customer base to continue to drive KONE as the dominant force in the industry.
**_What will you be doing? _**
- Proactively develop new and existing industry relationships for large accounts
- Understand the customer needs to capitalise on all lead opportunities, orders and contracts
- Identify opportunities to add value and grow
- Evaluate insights and conducting reports to make commercially savvy recommendations to management
- Maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders
- Plan long-term roadmaps for national accounts, including technology upgrades and strategies to increase market share within the service base
- Serve as a trusted advisor, influencing customer’s technology and solution decisions
- Identify expansion opportunities and full life cycle mapping within the portfolio that grows and captures new and modernisation opportunities
**_Are you the one? _**
- Proven success in account management, sales management or a business development role
- Lift Industry experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrated positive experience of Customer expectations and service
- Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across all levels
- Proactive sales approach & customer centric mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experienced in reporting and must have an analytical mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, Powerpoint
