An exciting role helping coordinate research and analysis, sales material development and proposal management.

The dynamic company provides engineering, technical, professional and construction services, as well as scientific and specialty consulting for a broad range of clients globally, including companies, organizations, and government agencies.

**Your new role**
As an inside Sales Coordinator you will work under the guidance of an Inside Sales Manager and coordinate research and analysis, sales material development, opportunity responses and knowledge management.
- Proposal support for the Proposal Manager and Sales Lead.
- Sales material development including written and graphical elements.
- Opportunity Response Co-ordination working with proposal team members.
- Proposal collaboration, update sales qualifications and reference materials.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Experience in proposal management to support sales teams.
- High level of literacy in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excel in task orientation and project management.
- Salesforce experience and contract administration.
