Sales Coordinator

Our sales coordinator will work alongside our CEO and sales team to grow our reach and impact, creating exceptional learning solutions and experiences. What we are looking for Sales - Diary management to CEO and sales team to proactively coordinate sales opportunities and client meetings - Attend and participate in client sales meetings alongside CEO and sales team - Coordinate and allocate next actions following client and sales meetings - Maintain and keep records of clients and opportunities - Coordinate arrangements such as meeting rooms, catering, travel for client sales meetings - Coordinate with the team and assist in creating sales communications and collateral - Manage the follow up of opportunities, tenders and proposals - Management of Wisdom’s sales inbox Tenders and proposals - Be a consistent point of contact for our clients and our team throughout the sales and tenders and proposals stages - Create and manage work plans for each opportunity throughout the sales and tenders and proposals cycle - Assist in managing panel contract agreements and updates - Assist in unpacking requests for tenders, confirming the job requirements and commencing a proposal template for our Solutions Manager to write and finalise the proposal - To ensure the best client and learner experience, coordinate an effective handover of jobs won to the wider team to inform delivery requirements Research and Data - Research market trends and requirements to support strategic sales and business development plans - Monitor and help manage sales and revenue targets - Collate and utilise data to inform business and operational reports to forecast pipeline work and organisation capacity projections - Measure and keep up to date Wisdom’s customer satisfaction data - Participate in Wisdoms evaluation cycles to implement improvements for our clients through the enhancement of our product offerings Experience: - 2 years experience working in solutions design, consulting or sales/business development role - A significant and strong background in providing high level administrative support - A strong eye for detail as well as an ability to consistently deliver quality outputs - The ability to unpack complex information and make easy to understand - Exceptional customer service skills - Brilliant communication skills and a knack for building strong, longstanding working relationships - Strong writing skills - An ability to work quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that you and the wider team meet planned deadlines
