**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for an Engineering Contract Manager to work with our client Main Roads WA on a fixed term contract until June 2025 based in Perth.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Prepare contract documentation and manage the tendering process for programs and individual packages of work
- Manage contracts and contractors to ensure that contracts are completed to approved scope, budget, time and quality
- Manage contract grievances, payments, claims, variations and disputes
- Undertake delegated contact management duties as appointed e.g. Superintendent’s RepresentativeReview or arrange the review of constructability to ensure delivery of the contract scope, budget, time and quality.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- 8 years+ experience in a similar role, with contract management experience
- Contract development and management for various forms of contract
- Experience in one or more of road and/or bridge construction and/or maintenance projects/contracts
- Building and enhancing stakeholder relationships
- Engineering qualifications are preferred, though not essentialExperience in design and maintenance of concrete bridges is highly desirable.

GHD has been appointed by Main Roads Western Australia to deliver a state-wide Operational Asset Management Support Service (AMSS) contract. Under this contract, GHD provides centralised and regional support to assist Main Roads manage and maintain the State Road network.
