Craigslea State High School provides a caring, safe and disciplined learning environment for Years 7 to 12. About the Role

Middle School Leadership:
Focus on initiatives to support the educational outcomes for students, specifically in the middle phase of learning
Determine actions for at risk students through data analysis at key junctures, and strategize interventions
Attendance - Track key attendance data sets with focus on YTD, TTD and weekly trends.
Behaviour - Track student behaviour data with a focus on daily, weekly and termly junctures, and Case Managed students. Lead behaviour initiatives including referrals for proactive programs and supportive measures
Academic - Identify and analyse patterns and trends of academic headline data sets (termly LOA/ NAPLAN) and lead academic improvement interventions where applicable.
Lead SETP processes and career development programs suitable for Middle phase of learning students and junctures

eLearning Leadership:
Lead whole-school and departmental initiatives involving learning management systems (e.g. QLearn, OneSchool, Microsoft Teams), educational technologies, and blended learning.
Support staff in building confidence and capability in digital pedagogy through coaching, workshops, and resource development.
Collaborate with IT support and curriculum leaders to ensure access to appropriate tools, platforms, and training.
