**A rare and brand new opportunity as Clinical Applications Specialist to join our Surgical Robotics business and drive the growth of Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery System in Victoria. You will play a pivotal role in raising awareness, developing and growing your customer base by promoting the Hugo RAS System.

**A Day in the Life
**Based in Melbourne and reporting to the National Sales Manager for Surgical Robotics, you will be working closely to support and develop program goals and metrics for the Medtronic robot. You will be responsible for:

- Raising Awareness for Robotic Surgery in the territory
- Working closely with Medtronic Field Service Engineer and the hospital staff, prepare the operating room to host the Medtronic robot
- Training hospital staff to clean and sterilize re-usable robotic instruments
- Developing a surgeon training plan, schedule attendance at Medtronic’s off-site training, arrange for proctored cases post-training
- Developing a training plan for support staff to include attendance at a Medtronic off-site training class and working with staff post training through learning curve
- Developing an inventory plan and kits for robotic procedures

**Must-Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrable experience in clinical setting or capital equipment sales

**Nice to Haves**
- Operating Room knowledge or experience
- Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery
- Experience in change management
