**Skills, Experience & Attributes**
- Proven experience in supervising and training bar staff
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members
- Expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service
- Experience in managing bar operations in a high-volume environment
- Exceptional attention to detail in quality control and stock management
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with FOH team and suppliers
- Ability to assist in menu development and promotional activities
- Experience with venue management systems (Sevenrooms preferred)
- Passion for maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation
- Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and inventory

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support bar operations and team management
- Maintain beverage quality standards and consistency
- Assist in stock control and ordering
- Train and supervise bar team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Contribute to menu development and promotional initiatives

This is a full-time position across our Cremorne and Carlton venues. **Weekend availability is essential.**

Pay: $61,205.11 - $80,694.80 per year

- Afternoon shift

- Every weekend
- Morning shift
