**YOUR TEAM**

The Implementation & Activation (I&A) team is a dynamic, collaborative group responsible for delivering best-in-class planning and activation across traditional media channels. Fully embedded within client teams, we work closely with stakeholders to bring campaigns to life — from offline and digital media to sponsorships and analytics.

We make a point of welcoming new team members with a buddy system. You'll be surrounded by a supportive structure of Coordinators, Managers, and Directors, with plenty of opportunity to learn from experienced peers across the business.

We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 2-3 days per week.

**YOUR ROLE**
- This role will directly contribute to regional growth in APAC, aligning with our global strategy of innovation and excellence. Location: Melbourne

The I&A Executive is a crucial role within the team, providing the foundations for success for our clients. You are responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting. Working very closely with your manager, you will produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets;
- Grow your understanding of client challenges, objectives & initiatives.
- Grow and develop relationships with clients at a junior level, as it relates to implementation planning & activation
- Engage with our media partners to build knowledge of the media landscape and understanding of core media principles and the capabilities of each media touchpoint.
- Openly communicate and collaborate with all internal key stakeholders on delivery and reporting regularly.
