**About the Company**
Our NSW State Government client resolves disputes between people injured in motor accidents, workplaces in NSW, insurers and employers

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking MULTIPLE professional and empathetic Dispute Support Officers to join their growing team in Sydney CBD with some flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 2month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties
- Deliver high quality, professional and empathetic frontline customer service
- Answer enquiries within a timely and accurate manner
- Facilitate the resolution of complaints, escalate as required
- Support the management of dispute resolution caseload
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain up to date knowledge of policies and procedures
- Act as the point of contact for member and non-member decision makers and delegates
- Assist in the development, implementation and review of case management practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders ensuring succinct service delivery

**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following
- Demonstrated experience delivering frontline customer service
- Previous experience working within a sensitive/complex environment
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional, patient and resilient with an empathic nature
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Reliable remote internet access with the capability to work remotely from home
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
