**About the Role**
The FP&A Business Partner is responsible for providing commercial and strategic financial support, analysis, planning and reporting for the Goodyear Fleet and Beaurepaires Retail function in ANZ.

Responsible for managing the supply of timely, accurate, relevant, and value-added financial information to the Goodyear Fleet and Beaurepaires Retail management within GDT and other stakeholders, so as to ensure that informed business decisions can be made. Partner with the Goodyear Fleet and Beaurepaires Retail function by providing accurate analyses and advice conducive to meeting or exceeding their targets

**What will you be doing?**
In this position, you will have a variety of responsibilities to add value to the organization and make a genuine impact. Your main responsibilities with include;
- Manage the operational financial reporting process for the Goodyear Fleet and Beaurepaires Retail business (Weekly Flash and monthly forecast/reporting)
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts, budgets, variance analysis and ongoing operational analysis and prepare appropriate reports & presentations
- Facilitate the strategic financial analysis, scenario and sensitivity planning for Goodyear Fleet and Beaurepaires Retail.
- Provide a financial performance measurement matrix/model appropriate to Goodyear Fleet and Beaurepaires Retail.
- Identify and implement areas of financial improvement within relevant business areas.

**About You**
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and attributes;
- 3+ years or more FP&A Business partner role
- Strong analytical & process improvement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Excel - advanced level
- System background: SAP and TM1 experience desirable but not a must
