**Data & Analytics Manager**.

**This new role is a Permanent, Full time and Hybrid contract opportunity working from home and from our East Melbourne office, closely located to Parliament Station.**

**The Role**:
Our
**Data & Analytics Manager** is responsible for driving value add insights across CoINVEST. You will support and instruct Leadership, Executive and Board level interaction with a view to enrichen our view of the member by utilising the data found at the centre of everything we do.

**As an individual passionate about data quality, operational excellence and supporting digital innovation you will**:

- Build and lead an agile Data and Analytics team to support our internal data owners, custodians and consumers.
- Manage the strategy and execution of CoINVEST’s Data and Analytics Roadmap.
- Drive data as an asset and identify opportunities for data to be utilised to achieve business outcomes.
- Establish data governance standards and practices to provide responsible data management.
- Support organisational uplift through access to accurate data insights facilitating the provision of a self-serve capability.
- Establish and operate reporting, data visualisation, predictive modelling, geospatial analytics, prescriptive modelling and advanced analytics.
- Manage the data lifecycle, generating insights through a comprehensive data product using data engineering, automation, data science, AI/ML, housing, and suite of tooling and platforms.
- Provide strategic support and oversight to stakeholders including the Executive and Leadership teams to enable proactive strategic, operational and tactical decision making.
- Set and manage Data Management Policy and its tactical implementation across the organisation.
