A diverse, progressive and and highly innovative financial services company who is a leader in their field is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join their team on a full time basis with home appointments ranging from the CBD to the Northern Suburbs - the rest is WFH

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting senior homeowners with their retirement goals through the equity of their homes through the provision of the companies product.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Meeting customers in their homes to discuss their enquiries and interest in the product (not a sales based role)
- Presenting technical information about the companies solution to educate the customer so they can make an informed decision, and assist the customer through the enquiry process
- Building and managing appropriate relationships with customers to enable the facilitation of the customer transaction including the collection and execution of required documents
- Help them navigate a complex transaction process to ensure superior customer satisfaction and advocacy

**About you;**
- A background in residential property management, mortgages, conveyancing, legal, banking and / or life insurance - or have worked in a needs based business with 1:1 customer service
- Are wanting a pure Customer Service based role (no sales)
- Full drivers licence to drive onsite to peoples homes
- A people person who is values driven, can build a rapport and emphasise on customers situations
