**You are a person** who thrives on attention to detail and is skilled (plus enjoys) in Excel, Word and Outlook. This is the office-based side of the resort management team who compliments the already established Resort Manager whose role it is to ensure the Resort is kept in tip top condition.

This role serves as the vital link between this luxury over 50's resort with the Operational team at GemLife head office, ensuring that all the information required is communicated through different programmes, this is where accuracy is of the utmost importance.

But that's not all We are looking for a true team player with exceptional communication skills—friendly and collaborative who takes ownership of their role and is motivated to excel.

**About the role**
- Running the daily operations of the resort in accordance with company policies & procedures, cleanliness & safety
- Ensuring that all common areas are of the highest standard
- Communicating effectively with residents living in the resort and working through challenges presented in a professional and understanding manner
- Managing the front office and performing the required administration tasks

**To be successful you will**:

- Possess administration experience in a similar role
- Be proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Hold a current Drivers licence
- Love what you do & be interested in a long-term career with our company
- Demonstrate previous experience in administration and
