We are looking for an ambitious Product Support Representative who will use technical expertise and a strong customer focus to provide the best online user experience possible by providing excellent service and customer education. Based waterside in Pyrmont, Sydney.

**About the Role**

In this opportunity as Product Support Representative, you will:

- Answer phone calls and chat in a timely manner, responding to all queries within the Service Level Agreements
- Be responsible for first line of support for our customers.
- Take ownership and liaise with other teams if needed to get fast and accurate resolutions for our customers.
- Take a hands-on approach in all aspects of supporting our customers.

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role of Product Support Representative if your background includes:

- 2 years in a helpdesk role
- Previous SAP knowledge (preferable)
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Previous support in a legal background (preferred)
- Strong external customer service skills
