**Food Packing Team Leader**

**Morning Shifts | Monday to Friday | 4:00 AM 11:00 AM**

**Feedwell is on the lookout for a calm, reliable Food Packing Team Leader to lead our early morning packing operations.**:
**If you take pride in working clean, staying organised, and helping others stay on task this role is made for you.**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Lead and supervise a team of food packers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor quality control and packing standards
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets
- Train and support new team members

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in food packing or production, with leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and able to work early morning shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
