**Food Preparation Team Leader - PM shift | 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday 5:00 PM -12:00 AM**: **Casual & Permanent Roles available** | Sydney CBD 5-Min Walk from Town Hall **Lead a Team. Keep Things Moving. Get It Right Every Time.** Feedwell is on the lookout for a calm, reliable Production Team Leader to run our PM production shifts. You'll be both leading and working alongside a small crew to prepare ingredients, make fresh salads and fruit salads, and assemble sandwiches, wraps, and sliders all to tight specs and high standards. Behind the scenes, our kitchen team works with coordinated precision to ensure every order is on time, spot-on, and packed with care. **What You'll Do**: - Lead and Coach your team members to stay on time and keep organised - Prep fresh ingredients, exactly as specified - Make salads and fruit salads to recipe - Assemble wraps, sliders, and sandwiches - Keep your section clean, safe, "to standard" and efficient - Oversee shift close-down with discipline and consistency You'll know your shift went well when everything's packed, labelled, and exactly how it should be - and your team leaves with pride in what they've done. **Who You Are**: You'll thrive here if you: - Are serious, dependable, Concerned with efficiency and quality, and take pride in doing things properly - Communicate clearly and calmly - especially under pressure - Can hold yourself and others accountable without raising your voice - Prefer working in a clean, well-run kitchen over chaotic environments - Notice small errors before they become big problems - Take ownership of the shift, the people, and the outcome **You'll Need**: - Experienced in a food production or kitchen environment - Some experience leading and training others - If you are a Visa holder, have working rights for at least 18 months - Have working rights and be able to work at least 28 hours per week. - Good spoken English for team communication - Ability to follow instructions and recipes and can exercise leadership to ensure policies and production output is met within the specified time frames. - Physically fit and able to work at a steady pace for long periods **Shift & Pay Details**: - ** Shift Options**: - Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM - Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM - ** Pay**: $33 per hour (casual rate) - Permanent Position are also available - Shifts will be mostly fixed, with occasional flexibility needed - ** Work in the heart of Sydney's CBD**: - very close to transport. - Develop your skills in team leadership (on the job training and support) - ** Free meals** and a positive environment.
