Best Bricks & Pavers has been serving Australian clients across commercial, civil and residential projects for over 30 years, as a leading manufacturer of quality concrete bricks and pavers in South Australia.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with outstanding support and assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls, supporting walk-in customers, and efficiently entering sales orders into our system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and empathy.
- Provide personalized assistance and guidance to walk-in customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Enter sales orders into our system accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer requests.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, consistently striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry, with the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all customer interactions and data entry tasks.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others, with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service experiences.

**Salary**: $44,889.51 - $63,808.50 per year
