**Role Description/Criteria**

The Learning Diversity Leader will support teachers in catering to the individual needs of students identified as having additional needs. As a visible presence within learning spaces, they will build the capacity of teachers to differentiate learning and create a classroom culture of success for all.
- Knowledge and experience of NCCD requirements and processes
- Experience working as part of a team
- An ability to communicate effectively with parents, specialist agencies and Student Diversity Services

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education, be familiar and comply with the school's child-safe policy and code of conduct, and any other policies or procedures relating to child safety.

This community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.

Special Requirements:

- full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
- accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic Primary School
