**As a Lead Educator at Explorers Tarneit, you will:

- Oversee the delivery of our curriculum in your dedicated classroom.

**Situated on the corner of Homebush Drive and a short walk from Davis Creek, you’ll find our beautiful Centre offers a nurturing environment for children. Our thoughtfully designed Centre has dedicated learning and care rooms appropriate for nurturing babies through to dynamic 3 and 4 year old Kindergarten spaces.

We have beautifully landscaped outdoor play areas and interactive learning spaces to enhance the children’s experiences. Our professional kitchen allows us to prepare delicious and healthy home cooked meals daily.
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, our central piazza fosters a strong sense of belonging and encourages collaboration among the children within the Explorers Tarneit community.

The Explorers Star Program is a performance-based initiative which acknowledges the valuable contributions of our Educators. You'll have the opportunity to progress through four tiers, from Standard to Superstar, with each level offering competitive hourly rates well above the industry Award rates.

**You will have**:

- A demonstrated passion for children, their development, and a strong commitment to child safety
- Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification (or hold Certificate III and working towards Diploma qualification)
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement a quality education program
- Experience in long day care or equivalent
- First Aid Training
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training
- Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting
- Australian working rights - Visa/Passport
