**Employee Development Mentor - Arcare Noosa**

The Employee Development Mentor is responsible for supporting Direct Care, Registered and Enrolled Nurse Graduates and support services team members to provide quality personal social and emotional care and support to Arcare's Residents aligned to our values.

- You have a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.

**Essential**:

- Bachelor of Nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current Police Clearance, NDIS Check and Statutory Declaration that does not preclude working in Aged Care.
- Computer competent.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

**Desirable**
- Previous experience as a Trainer.
