**About the Role**
We have a great opportunity for a Branch Administrator to join our team based at our Eagle Farm Head Office. We are looking for a “Super Star” that thrives in working in a fast-paced work environment and embraces the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks. **About You**
- Providing administration support to the Branch and Senior Management Team
- Accurately processing invoices, purchase orders and customer orders
- Responsible for the ordering of office supplies, facility, and vendor management
- Working with timesheets, travel bookings, training, registers, schedules, billing, and job tracking
- Work with the broader Administration team on continuous improvement initiatives
- Reception duties

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills and SAP experience (Desirable)
