- Located in Arndell Park NSW - the** Civil Maintenance Manager **will achieve optimum production and cost for maintenance activities on the SRAPC Parkland contract, through the management of direct labour and subcontractors in a healthy and safe work environment.**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure subcontractors are managed in an effective and responsive manner to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure project standards and quality are achieved
- Develop and deliver against project plans
- Participate and contribute to an effective and productive team
- Ensure maintenance activities are conducted in a cos-effective manner to assist with meeting project budgets
- Ensure comprehensive record are established and maintained to assist decision making
- Manage incident response activities ensuring teams respond effectively and safely
- Comply with our Risk Management, Quality and Health, Safety and Environment management systems, including statutory obligations.
- Fulfil expectations as defined within the SHEQ Accountabilities and Responsibilities document
- Consistently deliver excellent Risk and SHEQ results, inspiring confidence.
- Relentlessly pursue our Safe for Life Philosophy and promote a caring culture
- Act as a role model for a positive SHEQ culture in the workplace; encourage people managers and team leaders in their business to do the same.
- 10+ years road maintenance experience
- Control of traffic
- Diploma in Civil engineer desirable
- Trade qualification and extensive experience in road maintenance
- Works management and scheduling competencies + MS project
- Asset Vision/SAP experience desirable
- EWP,MR and operator licences desirable
- Basic computer skills
- Current Driver licence
- Knowledge of concrete and asphalt
- Proven experience in managing direct workforce
- RMS qualified
- Demonstrate budget management experience and civil and pavement works
- ICAM investigation
