CEA are looking for a Warranty / Service Coordinator to join our growing team in our Perth Airport Branch

This role is perfect for someone who has a mechanical trade or comes from a supervisor role and looking for a change or for someone who is already in a similar sort of role.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers and Service Technicians with enquiries on a daily basis
- Understand varying customer needs and coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines within our successfully busy field service department
- Prepare and update work orders and timesheets in a timely manner
- Manage opening and closing service information
- Update customer and equipment database
- Processing of warranty claims
- Run meetings with management team about on going jobs
- Liaise with the OEMs on issues, service bulletins & warranty claim status including rejections
- Create purchase orders and complete warranty forms for manufacturers to register new machines for warranty
- Lead Communication to all branch and dealers regarding any warranty related announcements
- Other adhoc duties as required

**Role Requirements**:

- Good computer aptitude
- Min 5 years industry experience
- Experience in either Warranty or Service Advising essential
- Mechanical experience preferred
- Experience using ERA link or ERA Power (not essential)
- Good customer service
- Team player
