**The role will be focused on immersing yourself in the building industry fostering longstanding relationships and identifying/pursuing opportunities within the residential and commercial market.**

- Persuasive sales and marketing oriented nature
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and time mange yourself
- Have attention to detail especially with presentations
- Be a well-developed negotiator with relationship building skills
- Sound literacy and numeracy skills
- Efficient with Microsoft and Excel
