We are looking for driven and enthusiastic **Customer Service Representatives **to join our **Nowra, Vincentia and Ulladulla branches** in providing a high level of service to our customers in relation to their financial needs. These local job opportunities are an ideal way to get your foot into the door of a community focused bank, where you’re able to gain hands on experience and interact with members in branch, on the phone and via our online channels.

The role will appeal to someone who may be looking for flexibility and work life balance, a change in career with a highly reputable and trusted employer, or looking to earn extra income in an interesting and diverse job role.

**About the Role**
- Having conversations and interactions with customers via all channels (face to face, phone and online) and helping them with their banking and insurance needs and enquiries
- Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve their position
- Using various technologies, systems and digital platforms
- Cash handling, balancing and administrative duties
- Working with your Manager and team to collectively achieve branch goals and objectives
- Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures
- Casual - hours will vary from week to week and will cover branches within the region.

**About You**
- Experience in sales and service, preferably in retail, banking or hospitality industries
- Sound numeracy skills, cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail
- Honesty and integrity with the ability to diligently follow and adhere to policies and procedures in a regulated financial environment
- A genuine desire to help people, work directly with customers and work with and support a team to achieve common goals
- A flexible approach in the workplace, initiative, ability to prioritise work and problem solve
- An aptitude for technology and proficient in MS Office programs/apps
- A valid Driver’s License and reliable transport with the flexibility and availability to travel and work at branches within the region as required.
