**Position Summary**:
The Operations Coordinator - OCC plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the Operations Control Center. This individual is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and supporting all aspects of operational execution, acting as a central communication hub between departments, stakeholders, and field personnel. The OCC Coordinator will proactively identify potential issues, facilitate timely resolution, and optimize workflow across operational activities.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires excellent communication, real-time problem-solving, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities: Operational Coordination & Monitoring**
- Oversee and monitor real-time operational activities across departments to ensure service level targets, schedules, and operational KPIs are met.
- Maintain constant visibility of workflows, schedules, dispatches, and live operations using centralized systems and dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, fleet, field services, customer support) to address delays, anomalies, or disruptions in service.

**Communication & Stakeholder Support**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time updates and escalation of operational events within the OCC.
- Provide timely communication to field teams, leadership, and stakeholders regarding any delays, incidents, or adjustments to operational plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation and handoff of all critical information across shift changes.

**Data Entry & System Management**
- Accurately input and maintain operational data in control systems, tracking tools, and performance logs.
- Monitor automated systems and alerts, ensuring accurate data flow and flagging discrepancies as needed.

**Incident Response & Resolution**
- Rapidly identify and respond to operational incidents, including disruptions, emergencies, or customer-impacting issues.
- Follow established protocols for incident reporting, documentation, and escalation to management or emergency contacts.
- Support recovery actions and communicate mitigation strategies clearly and efficiently.

**Reporting & Analytics**
- Generate end-of-day and shift reports summarizing key performance metrics, disruptions, and resolutions.
- Analyze trends and data points to identify areas of improvement or recurring issues.

**Process Improvement**
- Recommend operational enhancements to improve efficiency, communication, or service reliability.
- Participate in post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications: Education & Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, dispatch, or control center environments (OCC, NOC, SOC, etc.).
- Prior experience in high-volume, real-time operations or logistics is highly desirable.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational monitoring tools (e.g., control center dashboards, dispatch software, CRM platforms).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.
