**About the Role**

The **Fleet & Facilities Manager** plays a critical role in managing the company’s vehicle fleet, overseeing office premises and facilities, and supporting the stationary needs of our national sales teams.

This role is key to delivering** operational efficiency, safety compliance, cost control,**and a productive working environment.

This is a hands-on, multifaceted role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across logistics, facilities maintenance, and office support.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Fleet Management**:

- Oversee procurement, maintenance, registration, and compliance of company vehicles
- Ensure vehicles are roadworthy, insured, and compliant with regulations
- Manage fuel usage, GPS tracking, servicing schedules, and accident reporting
- Develop and implement fleet policies and cost-efficiency initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with fleet suppliers and service providers

Facilities Management**:

- Manage office locations and physical assets including maintenance, cleaning, security, and fit-outs
- Coordinate building services and WHS compliance
- Oversee property leases, renewals, and contractor negotiations
- Lead sustainability and safety initiatives (energy use, recycling, fire safety) \uD83C\uDF31

Office Management**:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, reception, mail, and supplies
- Manage relationships with IT, telephony, and utilities providers
- Support onboarding and offboarding with desk setup and access
- Assist with office events \uD83C\uDF89, communications, and continuity planning

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in fleet, facilities, or asset management preferred
- Familiarity with task management or ticketing systems
- Experience with fleet management software
- Understanding of WHS and sustainability practices
