**About the Role**:
**Salary on offer: $70k - $80k p.a + Super**
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for procurement and contract management? This role plays a crucial part in optimizing value for money from contracts with vendors/third parties while ensuring alignment with our business needs. If you thrive in providing administrative support services and enjoy contributing to complex projects, this role is perfect for you.
**_ Daily activities will include:_**
- Provide a customer-focused contract management service.
- Champion effective and efficient management of contracts in a way that is accountable and ensures value for money.
- Support RWWA’s functions with the operational relationship with vendors - where required.
- Work with key contract managers to establish and manage vendor relationship governance, ensuring compliance with the Procurement and Contract
- Review and manage supplier compliance certificates within a systems framework
- Support tender administration as directed
- Perform contract management duties including administrative tasks such as invoicing and scheduling vendor management meetings

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- Contract management experience
- Intermediate skills in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and balance competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive mind set and healthy respect for deadlines
- Ability to perform data entry and update documents to a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining positive and productive relationships with multiple stakeholders in a complex organisation
- Familiarity or prior experience with the Tech One CiAnywhere Platform or other Procurement & contracts and, supplier management platform desirable
- Relevant knowledge of procurement and contract negotiation desirable.
- Ability to communicate, negotiate, build relationships and influence others
- An ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a close-knit team
