InvoCare (IVC) is a listed leading provider of funeral services in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and operates private memorial parks and crematoria in Australia and New Zealand.
Our Funeral Directors Assistants play an integral role in supporting our funeral services through the provision of vehicle and transport services, taking the deceased into our care and assisting with funeral services.
We are looking for people who have a strong customer service ethos and pride themselves on service delivery, problem-solving and customer satisfaction. You will need to have a sense of comfort of working with grieving families and the deceased. You lead with empathy and possess strong communication skills and patience and have a strong underlying desire to want to do more for others in a career that is valued.
This role will offer you new life skills and personal growth and development as well as the ability to earn qualifications and career progression in a personally rewarding industry.
