The Opportunity

In line with our growth and to support recently awarded projects, we are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our high-voltage substations project team.

Reporting to the Regional Manager of Victoria, you will be responsible for the safe and effective delivery of high-voltage infrastructure projects. As an adaptable leader, you will build and maintain strong relationships with your team and provide them with the necessary support

This is a key management position in our structure where we require an adaptable leader to develop strong relationships with clients as well as your team where you will provide them with the necessary support to ensure project requirements are delivered successfully.

Among the significant projects you will be working on is the Golden Plains Wind Farm Project, which is a landmark project that will be Australia's largest wind farm to date and power more than 750,000 homes, being the biggest wind farm in the Southern Hemisphere.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Strong Project Management expertise in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Previous experience with substations is essential
- Adaptable leadership style with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Demonstrated experience in the successful management and delivery of large projects
- Highly motivated with a logical practical and planned approach
