**Location: St. Leonards / WFH hybrid**

**Primary purpose of the role**:

- Provides quality clerical and data entry services to NSW Government and so supports improvements in the regulation and quality use of medicines for the NSW community and contributes to the successful and efficient achievement of objectives.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create and update manual and electronic files, as required, to ensure chronologically correct and accurate information records are established and efficiently maintained to ensure consistency of filing activities.
- Accurately maintaining the database and record management system to support the achievement of the objectives within the established timeframes.

**Essential requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of a high-quality data entry and record administration service function incorporating a focus on team work and customer service requirements.
