Meeting Insights is our cutting-edge SaaS platform that enables enterprises to record, transcribe, summarize, and analyze meetings at scale—unlocking actionable insights, enhancing collaboration, and driving organizational intelligence and efficiencies.
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
**Pipeline Generation**: Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities for Meeting Insights across key enterprise verticals. Ability to drive consultative selling and become customer trusted advisor to drive additional land and expand strategies.
**Direct and Indirect Sales**: Develop and execute both direct sales strategies and channel-led motions with system integrators, VARs, and strategic partners.
**Partner Enablement**: Collaborate with the channel team onboard, train, and activate partners to effectively position and sell Meeting Insights.
**Enterprise Engagement**: Build relationships with key decision-makers in IT, compliance, HR, and other stakeholders to understand their meeting productivity, collaboration needs, compliance needs and business productivity.
**Solution Positioning**: Clearly articulate the value proposition of Meeting Insights as a transformational tool for meeting intelligence, productivity, and data-driven decision-making. Being able to drive demo’s and pilots while having the underling technical capabilities and understandings.
**Market Feedback**: Collect and share market insights and customer feedback with product and marketing teams to inform roadmap and messaging.
**Reporting & Metrics**: Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM and regularly report on KPIs and sales development progress.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS business development or enterprise sales, ideally with innovative or early-stage technology vendors.
- Proven success in generating and accelerating pipeline for enterprise solutions (preferably in meeting intelligence and productivity).
- Experience working with or through channel partners (resellers, integrators, etc.).
- Strong understanding of enterprise software buying processes, particularly in IT, productivity tools, and/or compliance-related solutions. Understand IT internal processes and integrations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with self-driven motivation and disciplin
- Teamwork, trust, and openness are key.
- Fluent in English. Other APAC languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge in Conversational AI, AI in general is an added advantage.
