We are looking for an **Allied Health Lead** to lead our allied health team in **Melbourne East** region**. **Support and manage a growing team of multi-disciplinary staff, responsible for developing and expanding the services they deliver.

**The day to day**
- Support and collaborate with clinicians across region0073 and disciplines
- Explore local business opportunities and expand services to meet community needs in various settings, with particular focus on our home care package stakeholders in Home Health
- Manage and support you and your team’s clinical caseload
- Role model the aspired leadership behaviours to develop and coach quality team members.
- Build and retain a high-quality team in alignment with Australian Unity Values.

**Your experience**
- Proven operational management and team leadership skills are beneficial
