Locally owned and operated, with a strategic outlook and customer focus - they have a collaborative working environment based on strong values. **Position** In this role you will be engaging with customers and members to ensure their needs are being met. You will be involved with opening new accounts, overseeing card and payment transactions, daily remittance monitoring and balancing, investigating fraud and discrepancies, responding to queries and ensuring an effective delivery of all services. You will also have the chance to be part of projects to enhance processes and implement new systems as required to adhere with evolving legislation. Your role will work closely with the COO and CFO and you will be afforded lots of scope to learn the business from the round up and encouraged to develop over time. **Profile** Ideally you will be coming from a banking or financial services institution. You will be Degree qualified and may hold relevant ASIC qualifications or have an interest in pursuing further financial or accounting qualifications. As a customer centric role - you will have excellent communication skills to engage with and develop strong relationships both internally and externally. You will also be motivated, positive and with a high attention to detail - able to work in a varied role and fast-paced environment. **Benefits** Permanent role Salary up to $70,000per annum (plus super). plus Bonus potential.
