**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This Business Transformation department is within the Corporate Services directorate and includes Corporate Strategy and Performance, Business Systems. and Program Management Office. **ABOUT THE POSITION.**

This permanent position is 35 hours per week with flexible start and finish times which creates work-life balance. Support the business planning activities across the organisation, including preparation, review and assisting managers, to improve performance amongst a variety of teams.

**DUTIES.**
- Assist in the coordination of Council's Corporate Strategy Framework
- Develop and review performance indicators with measurables in Business Plans
- Provide internal planning and training in software and system support
- Assist with the development and publication of internal and external organisation performance reports

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- Degree in Business, Public Administration or relevant
- Previous experience working within Local Government is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience in data interpretation and organisational performance measures
