**Your New Position**

Reporting to the Store Manager and managing a large customer service, barista and kitchen-based team, as Shift Supervisor you’ll be responsible for ensuring the store provides the highest level of customer service, product consistency and food safety, in addition to:

- Maintaining stock levels
- Assisting with training needs
- Executing marketing initiatives and identifying upselling opportunities
- Engaging and leading the team
- Resolving escalated customer enquiries
- Mentoring up-and-coming team members and ensuring the successful operation of the store at all times

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**

The successful applicant will possess the following:

- A minimum of TWO YEARS’ EXPERIENCE as a Fast Food, Café or Restaurant Supervisor/Manager
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to confidently lead a large team

Available as Full-time or Part time

**Salary**: $47,240.59 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wantirna South, VIC 3152: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 2 years (preferred)
