The Role:

As Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of both the wine store and bar. You'll lead by example, support the team, and ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across retail and bar service
  • Deliver premium customer service and wine advice
  • Support and mentor team members during shifts
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and merchandising
  • Open and close the venue as required
  • Ensure compliance with RSA and all licensing regulations
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues proactively

About You:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for wine, with WSET training or equivalent knowledge (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality or retail
  • RSA certification (essential)
  • Professional, reliable, and hands-on approach
  • Available for evening and weekend shifts as required
