We are seeking a qualified and experienced Procurement Specialist to work for our group. You will be responsible for managing procurement activities and supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of materials for our custom cabinet and wardrobe projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Maintain regular and effective communication with suppliers to ensure up-to-date pricing information, negotiate terms, and establish strong supplier relationships.
- Oversee the procurement process for all projects, including price negotiation and purchase order management.
- Coordinate shipping logistics, customs clearance, and delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of materials and products.
- Obtain information and data from builders, the internal team, overseas factories, and logistics partners to update and manage relevant information.
- Implement quality control processes and arrange quality inspections for finished goods to uphold our commitment to exceptional product quality.
- Establish procurement strategies and set up budgets, elaborate and implement cost saving and reduction strategies.
- Work closely with project teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential procurement-related risks, such as supply chain disruptions and customs issues.
- Manage documentation flows including orders, invoices, and billing, required schedules, shipment status, and costs associated.
- Provide regular reports to the Director on procurement activities, cost analysis, and potential opportunities for cost and time optimization.

Required Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business/Engineering/Construction or equivalent.
- At least 3 year’s working experience in a relevant role.

Key Knowledge Areas
- Thorough knowledge of the procurement process.
- Knowledge of economic and managerial principles and practices.
- Knowledge of custom regulations and transportation requirements.
- Basic understanding of import and export trade.
- Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing methodology.

- The ability to gather and analyse data and figures effectively.
- Solid judgment with ability to make sound decisions.
- Proficient planning and numeracy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be punctual, organised, motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
