**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.

**Market Research and Analysis**
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, property values, and competition.
- Provide clients with detailed market insights.

**Negotiation and Transaction Management**
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients.
- Manage the transaction process from start to finish.

**Marketing and Promotion**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies through various channels.
- Monitor and adjust marketing campaigns for effectiveness.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work collaboratively with agents, support staff, and management.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

**Compliance and Ethical Standards**
- Ensure all activities comply with regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

**Database and Prospecting**
- Maintain and manage a client database.
- Actively prospect for new sales leads.

**Appointments and Auctions**
- Attend marketing appointments, valuations, inspections, and auctions.

**Professional Development**
- Commit to continuous learning and growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.

**Team Player**
- Exhibit a team player mentality and contribute to team goals.
- Support team members and foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
- Valid Queensland real estate license.
- Strong knowledge of the Queensland property market.
- Mandarin speaking preferred.
- Positive, target-driven, and well-organized.
- Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient in real estate CRM software.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
