**Human Resource / Payroll Clerk**

**Part time 3 days per week**

**Immediate Start**

**Minimum Requirements**
- Demonstrated high level skills with Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to multi task
- Must be able to present themselves in a professional manner.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- High level of accuracy when working.

**What you will be doing**
- General administration and clerical activities to assist our HR team.
- Running an up to date filing and archiving system.
- Assist with processing weekly Payroll.
- Assist with processing all new starters / terminations through the payroll system.
- Assist with Payroll Administration.
- Ensuring compliance with AS-4811-2006
- HR and Payroll based Document Control.
- Creating and distributing policy / procedural documents.
- Providing customer service to organisation employees.
- Serving as a point of contact.
- Maintaining ERMS by updating and entering data.
- Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
- Maintaining calendars of HR team.
- Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets.
- Completing audits.
