PT Law Clerk - Studying Law? (2-4 Days PW - $32 p/hr - Tuggerah)

To be considered for this role, you must be a higher achiever with a D or HD average.

Our client specialises on large residential subdivisions ($250M+) and commercial developments ($150M+), and regularly appear in the Land and Environment Court for property and planning related matters.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Case law research
- Planning and Council related research
- Briefing barristers
- Liaising with Councils and other law firms
- Preparing leases
- Assisting with conveyancing
- Drafting affidavits
- Drafting legal submissions and pleadings
- Drafting correspondence to law firms, Councils and Courts
- Performing company and title searches
- Property research

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Must have studied or be studying law with a D or HD average
- Must be able to show initiative and solve problems independently
- Must be organised and have good time management skills
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
