The Role You Could Play
- We are looking for a passionate team member to help lead our MECCA George Street store in NSW as a Part-time Services & Events Zone Manager.
- Our Zone Managers support the management team with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience by driving MECCA-led services in their category. In this role, you’ll work with Hosts, Specialists and other Zone Managers to create the ultimate customer experience through upholding the MECCA values and consequently enabling customers to look and feel their best. You will work closely with your Assistant Sales and Sales Manager to build a highly effective team that is able to provide our customers with the most MECCA-mazing in-store experience.
- Day-to-day responsibilities of our Services & Events Zone Managers include:

- Driving MECCA-led services in a specific category or floor
- Supporting, and occasionally leading masterclasses, activations, and events
- Refining the end-to-end service experience for customers and team
- Acting as a point-person for VIP’s, PR, and other key stakeholders
- Aiding in specialist pipelining & performance
- Helping team navigate customer queries by offering desirable solutions
- Communicating with fellow Zone Managers to navigate customers seamlessly between zones and levels
- Working with team members to ensure we are able to provide customers with a quality services experience
