We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our MECCA George Street Makeup level Along with driving the strategic priorities for the store, you will also lead a high-performing team of Leaders, Service Specialists and Store Hosts to ensure an exceptional and consistent experience for all customers.

As a Sales Manager in MECCA George Street, your day to day will include:
- Partnering with the Flagship Store Manager, Services & Events Manager, and Operations Manager to ensure every customer leaves looking and feeling their best-
- Leading by example in all aspects of customer service to maintain a strong floor experience, driving high service standards and customer satisfaction-
- Partnering with the Store Operations Manager to ensure efficient operations across inventory, visual merchandising and loss prevention-
- Focus on continual learning and developing your team to bring their best selves to work every dayWhat You Will Bring
- You lead by example by embodying the MECCA values, and bringing both your strategic lens and passion for our customers to work every single day.

Along with your knowledge and passion for our customer, you will have:
- Strong experience and the ability to lead, nurture and develop a passionate store team, ensuring that everyone is passionate about making our customers look and feel their best-
- Strong knowledge and passion for makeup-
- A genuine care for people, with the ability to see through the eyes of the customer and team to ensure the best customer and team member experience-
- An unrelentless pursuit of operational effectiveness with demonstrated back of house experience (highly desired)An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others-
