We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive **Building Manager** to manage three residential strata buildings.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Oversee daily operations across residential strata sites.
- Manage all building assets: fire, hydraulic, mechanical, lifts, and recreational facilities.
- Review, scope, tender, and manage preventative maintenance contracts.
- Ensure compliance, safety, and optimal asset performance.
- Use **MYBOS** to manage reporting and workflows.
- Work closely with engaged Strata Committees.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-3+ years’ experience in building/facilities management.
- Strong technical knowledge: fire systems, hydraulics, HVAC, pumps, and lifts.
- Experience in contract and asset management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Trade qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields (highly regarded).
- Self-starter mindset with a solutions-driven approach.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
